Tabacon Resort: Tabacon is a hot springs resort that is fed by a river with hot water. The river forms waterfalls and natural hot water pools. They also have Jacuzzis, artificial pools with different depths, water slide, spa, recreational areas, restaurants, bars, wet bar, lockers and other amenities. Tabacon is the most outstanding and most visited hot springs spa in the Arenal Volcano area.
The price from 10:00am-6:00pm is $55 per person and from 6:00pm-10:00pm is $45 per person.
Baldi Hot Springs: Baldi is a resort that has 25 pools with 12 different temperatures that go from 32 degrees to 67 degrees Celsius. It has 3 artificial waterfalls, 4 cold water pools, one of the largest Jacuzzis in the country, natural sauna, 2 restaurants and 3 wet bars. Baldi has a large open area for recreation. Their doors are open from 10:00am to 10:00pm and the special price for hotel guests $ 25 per person.

Ecotermales or Hidalgo Family Springs: Ecotermales is a hot springs resort catered to small groups. The maximum number of people allowed is 100. This makes it a very exclusive place. The only way to get in is with a prior reservation. Ecotermales offers several schedules. They are from 10:00am to 1:00pm, from 1:00pm to 5:00pm and from 5:00pm to 9:00pm. At the time you make the reservation, you need to tell them if you would like to have lunch or dinner there. Ecotermales is one of the favorite resorts by the visitors because of the hot water that comes from the mountain and the pools that are surrounded by vegetation by a forest that has not been altered. Ecotermales has waterfalls for massages, bars, restaurant area, lockers and a large recreational area.
