A- The check in time is: 2:00 pm

Q- Is the Arenal Springs Resort hotel comfortable for a handicapped person?
A- All of our premises have been equipped with ramps and special features to completely be handicap compatible. We offer utilities such as bathrooms with a special chair, comfortable access to all the places in the hotel and an access ramp for the swimming pool. We have been inspected and approved to offer handicap rooms.

Q- Can I have access to internet from Arenal Springs Resort?
A-Yes, in the lobby we have a little area when you can access the internet. And real soon you will have wireless access through out the hotel so you can sit outside, watch the Arenal Volcano and surf the Internet.

Q -What type of beds do you offer in your rooms?
A- We have 2 types of rooms: one with two queen size beds, and the other one with a king size bed. We also offer a roll away bed if you need it.

A- No, it is not possible

Q- Which payment methods does the Arenal Springs Resort offer?
A- You can pay with a credit card. Visa, MasterCard, American express, Discover and Diners Club are welcome to pay for lodging, restaurant services, tours and any others services that the hotel provides. We do not accept traveler checks.

A- Yes, we have a contract with a private doctor. In case of an emergency this person will visit you in your room.

A- It is very difficult to know, but all you need is good luck..
